Seven days, on your own network
The Arg Box engine is a standalone program: it runs on a VM inside your own network, scans it, and shows the map and the list of devices nobody registered. After seven days it stops by itself, and no data ever leaves your network.

How we work together
The device is with you; we own it
Arg Box stays in your building for as long as the plan runs, and repairs, updates and the next generation cost you nothing. When the contract ends the unit comes back and its storage is erased beyond recovery.
Your data does not leave your building
Logs and traffic stay on the device. We see the health of the device itself and whatever you have allowed — and you can change that in the panel whenever you want.
Assessment first, installation second
Before anything is installed we run a security assessment and map the network, so the right plan gets chosen. If none of them fits you, we say so on the spot.
Twelve-month minimum term
Anomaly detection does not work without a baseline; the system has to learn what normal looks like in your environment first. You can end the contract with a month's notice, and the documentation and configuration are yours.
Frequently asked
Network hardware, custom software development, regulatory certification and out-of-town travel. If any of it turns out to be needed, we price it separately before we start.
No, for a simple reason: the value isn't in the hardware, it's in staying current. An appliance that goes two years without updates is a box with a light on. So the device stays part of the service and keeping it running is our job.
Because a promise we can always keep is worth more than one that breaks on the wrong night. Night cover needs people on standby and costs real money; on the other plans we commit to a fixed response time in business hours.
Move up whenever you like and the difference is billed from that month. If a larger device is needed, swapping it is on us.

Yes. Customers with an Arg Box usually add automation, because the device is already there and running processes on it costs nothing extra. We work out the right combination in the review meeting.
